TEAM T1

Team T1 is for age group athletes who are qualified or training for any Age Group World Championships. This training option includes a virtual training plan to prepare you for your specific World Championship (see events below), monthly virtual trainings & spring/summer social rides (if located in Calgary, AB), and on the ground coaching at each World Championship location.

2025 World Triathlon Multisport World Championships @ Pontevedra, Spain

Whether you are preparing for the Duathlon World Championships or training to crush the Cross World Championships, T1 has you covered with focused, event-specific training leading up to the championships in June 2025.

• On-the-ground coaching from Coach Kyle on the ground in Spain the week of the event (June 19-June 29, 2025), including race preparation sessions, course familiarizations (when permissible), and recovery sessions post event.

COST: $100CAD/month + GST

*Age Group athletes do NOT need to be on Team Canada & can be representing any national federation at the World Championship event.

2025 Men’s Ironman World Championships @ Nice, France

T1 Triathlon will help qualifiers for the Ironman World Championships race to the podium in the beautiful mediteranian city of Nice.

Join Coach Kyle in Kona the week of the 2025 Women’s Ironman World Championship as he prepares you to race for the podium on the iconic Big Island of Hawaii.
